Natural Law and System of free Poles

Poland is for Poles and by Poles. We reintroduce our ancient natural rules of law, in harmony with Nature. Some key issues have been declared by regime. We have to make it happen.

Introduction

The 3^rd May Constitution says: „ All the power of human society, originates from the will of the nation”.

The present government administration declares same slogan. This is an absolute truth, and her consequences in law are very serious. Consensus facit legem. Agreement, consent is a basis of the law.

Konstytucja 1997 Art 30

The inherent and inalienable dignity of the person shall constitute a source of freedoms and rights of persons and citizens. It shall be inviolable. The respect and protection thereof shall be the obligation of public authorities.

Government administration has issued this declaration, in the moment when we the Polish Nation, do accept it, it become a law. It fulfill the criteria of a law.

We the Polish Nation, are the employer to the administration, which fulfill our requests and demands.

Instances when the worker that is the administration issues the requests, permissions, prohibitions, demands, making pressure and other acts of unruliness, all are the crimes. Natural law puts it clear that the fundamental duty of administration isto care to protect the best interests of Poles and Poland.

Every legislation, request, rule, codex, habit are against the Natural Laws and rules, are a lawlessness.

Every judge, and officer declaring an immunity, is unlawful.

Every tax, payment, fine etc. against natural laws, are unlawful.

Everything connected with a zionist cliche of covid, is a realisation of lawlessness and terror whcih a 100 years ago was declared by terrorists in Protocols of Zion. Introduction of restrictions or a lockdown as well as other actions related to it, is a highest form of crime.

Law give life, supports it and care and enables it's optimal development. Lawlessness that is crime, kills life, impairs it, or makes it impossible.

Poland is for Poles, and by Poles. Even if someone speaks polish and was born in Poland but wants to support Izrael for example as up to now the traitors have done, let them rather move out to Izrael and serve that regime. Poles forbid under a harsh penalty that anyone living in Poland has served foreign nations or agencies. Diplomatic service also cannot act against the best interest of Poland and Poles.

All the law revolves around our lives and us. Another definition of law it an agreement and consent.

Everything imposed upon us, as EU, UN and other intermational = zionist rules or conditions are against our best interests and are a lawlessness and in fact an attack on Poland and Poles.

Each religion is an human invention for the purpose of manipulation. However every Pole is free to believe even in nonsens as long as it does not harm Poles. It is not in our best interest to support the Jewish mythology that is Judeo- Christianity.

The Constitution has never been a law. It is a tool of an enemy to manipulate us. It can however be interepreted as an offer for us to accept or to reject. Constitutional law is a fiction.

A free Pole, declare to be free from any rules and principles of zionism which impose a terror and lawlessness. A free Pole, accepts rules of natural law as the only rules of law valid in free Poland. Obedience to terrorists is treated as an aid to crime and cooperation with a tyrant, the zionist terrorist. Everything what zionists have imposed on Poles, is lawlessness, invalid including the fictitious public debts or demands.

We free Poles have the reasons to seek compensations against their aggression that includes Katyn, both world wars, communism and present times of terror and looting of our wealth and destruction of our country. (Protocols. Lesson 9 art 5 Source of terror and other). Zionist differs from a Jew, as Pole from a communist. However there are very honest and worthy to follow Jews but not among zionists.

Foundation of natural laws

1. The principal aim of the administration of the country is to ensure best interest of Poles and of Poland. This rule cannot be changed or removed. It can be modified in the future but cannot be changed!

2. Poles are all born of polish parents and everybody else must be loyal unconditionally to Poles and Poland. If the will of Poles is to accept the half Pole in administration, let it be so. However the aim must be met that is the loyalty and the best interest of Poles and of Poland.

3. Basic laws of Poles are fixed. Law of Poles is the will of Poles and the law must be based on the agreement of Poles. Possible in the future changes can be done exclusively by the absolute majority of Poles. No other nations or non Poles cannot participate. It must be clearly the will of Polish Nation.

Fundamental Principles of Natural Law of Poles

1. Rule of reciprocity. Known as: do not do to others what you do not want in return.

2. My body is holy. Do not touch it. Also your psyche and mind cannot be manipulated to your detriment.

3. Your property is holy. The Earth deep to the Centre and what is on it and you can administer under the surface. It is mine forever.

4. Holy is the agreement or a contract you have made voluntarily and you must fulfill because you are mature and responsible man.

5. It is your law and duty to protect yourself and your family and your people from attacks of anyone even if it is your guardian that is the government.

Courts System

The System and Courts can change. According to law, for the best interest of Poles and of Poland.

Judges will be elected by the People. People will elect the man whom they know for honesty, wise abd respected. And will remove from this position as necessary.

Judges cannot have a boss but be independent but be accountable only before the nation.

No lawyers after the law school can take part as party in court cases.

Only actual parties can personally take part in court case.

Current oath of office of the prosecutors is accepted but not their practice of breaking the law.

The aim of court is not to jail or to punish people, which can be part of the judgement but must not be abused.

Courts are free to the parties. Abuse of this system is inappropriate and solution will be found to limit it.

In nature there is no situation where the young or mentally affected are not responsible for their dids. Committed the murder, must take the consequences. Sick or a child, does not matter.

Family courts and alimony are antisocial and are not in the best interest of Poles nor Poland. Administration cannot interfere with family affairs but to support as stable families are in our best interest.

Government Administration - the System

The system and courts can change. But the changes never be done against the will or best interest of the Nation.

Polish Nation decide to hire for work to serve us, the people who organize protection and overall life, work, trade, defense, and all kind of needs of the nation.

In similarity to the functional family. Poland is for Poles and is administered by Poles. Every non Pole, permitted to live in Poland or born here is not discriminated but has no privileges, Poles have. Everyone living in Poland, Pole or not, has duty by law of loyalty to Poles and Poland with no exception. Polish is the administrative language and everyone living here is required to speak polish. No more free translators.

In the best interest of Poles and of Poland to be independent of foreign anything.

Religion is not the best interest of Poles or Poland. Any religion or ideology contrary to the best interest of Poles and of Poland, is against the law and is forbidden to practice. The Protocols of Zion and other ideologies hostile to Poles and Poland, it is a crime to try to implement them.

The army must not be a strong but dumb servant fulfilling the command of a sociopath in office, but the army as a whole is an organization responsible for national defense. It is an autonomic organisation specialising in defense. Army is under the law and become an expert in defense and politics. It makes sense when army has 1/3 of total decision regarding defense and armament, and political decisions.

Minister of defense, surely shall be an army officer, not an academic. Regarding war, defense or end of war, army has 1/3 of weight of decision.

Country leader elected by the nation is responsible for forming National Administration and her functioning. The extent of this organisation depends on him, and will be accountable before the nation as well as the representatives.

President having the highest competence and power, will have also the highest responsibility without any immunity. Will be responsible with his head for treason and other serious crimes, own wealth and reputation. If the president decide to form many ministries, will form them. It is his decision and responsibility. Democratic parliamentary system as corrupt in principles is not acceptable by the Polish nation. Legislations by voting of majority have no sense. Every public officer weather the database operator, or police officer, or minister, personally is responsible for own actions by his superior and this one by the President and one is also responsible in front of the nation. Weather the President will get the advise of crystal ball or polish specialists it is his decision because one will be accountable before the nation and representatives.

The details regarding elections are a matter of accepting current rules or making new ones as appropriate. The rules of electing representatives are not fixed and it appears that there will be Wojewodowie, wojewodcy representatives, regional and local. So that about 1000 people will have one represetative of lower rank and then 100 000 higher and so on. Representatives has to be a messengersbetween the ranking or representatives of higher and lower ranking and the people. No representative nor public officer can be the ruler over the people as used to be. An abstractive example. If the higher ranking officer or representative wants to ruin Mr Kowalski, the lower ranking representatives has duty to check if it is lawful, report both ways, up and down the ranking as well to Mr Kowalski so it becomes open and higher ranking officer would be lawfully responsible for that decision. The most important criterium is wheather such a decision is in the best interest of Mr Kowalski and Poland and Poles.

Some explanation of the situation

The major problem we face now in the World is an organized crime, and enslavement of us the ordinary and educated people. The enslavement has started ages ago, by introducing religions which just touch on the natural need to believe in Creator, in invisible intelligence or commonly called God.

All religions were invented to manipulate for political reasons. The champion in this manipulations seems to be judeo christianity. The christianity was imposed upon us and this was the begining of our enslavement. Our minds were infected......

The process continued slowly but very persistently through the ages up to now reaching the highest level of slavery ever.

When we look soberly, it is not bad luck, not economy, not anything but slavery is our problem. Many tools, methods and means were employed to encircle us and enslave. Let me list a few.

Religious believes with authority beyond us. The authority deciding about us, except us, and making us so small and insignificant and at a whim of the invisible god.

Money or mamona, or the control of it. It is well known that money have zero value. Their value lies entirely in collective belief of their worth. This belief has been manipulated via mass media.

Mass media control is very powerful. Some experts say that media is much more powerful than an atom bomb. We see it in life and it includes censorship, spying all the internet and mobile phones etc.

The great deception in the judicial and political system was done brilliantly to stupidify the most people in the world. The natural laws were replaced by the legislations and labelled as laws. It is a lie and great deception. The natural laws or our laws in harmony with Nature, are a real and the only laws. If the government was to guard them, there is no need to introduce the replacement - a legislation. Similarly when we do have a law of gravity, there is no need to make a legislation to introduce it. It is there and simply obey, use.

The most common and important rule of law is a contract, agreement. So law = agreement, contract.

There are a few principles carried out from antiquity, that regulates what is and what is not a contract or an agreement. And if all the rules, principles and key points are not known well to all parties it is not a valid contract. So when the legislations by back door were introduced to replace the actual laws, it is not a law, because it is not valid, because there is no agreement and it cannot be agreement of unilaterally introduced rule.

Some legislations may appear good for us etc. But strictly no legislation ever was or is a law. As some expets say, they have to be accepted by us the people in order to become a law.

The point is that we do have the law and we the people employ the people, namely administration of the government, to preserve, our laws and our best interests. We pay them and they do agree but fail to do and actually in 2020, they openly enslave us, their masters, their employers.

Anything forced, coerced, mandated, under a threat = crime, lawlessness.

So it is clear that we do not control them as we should because we have asked them to protect our laws and we pay them. So they are a criminals and we have to treat them as criminals. It is not up to us to discuss with them and not up to us to justify our position why we want or do not want to cooperate with them as a criminals. We actually should charge them with crime against humanity.

All the repressions, restrictions, police attacks, requirements and actually treating us as cattle. They act as terrorists.

It is not up to us to justify why we do not believe in their new religion of the virus pandemia. It is up to them to justify their terrorists action as we shall press charges against them all.

Now, the Protocols of Learned of Zion. A 100 year old document is a manual of their ruling the world. They do admit that they use terror, hunger, manipulation of presidents, use despotism and media to their advantage, money manipulation and demoralisatiion etc.

Why they openly declare what they do? Most likely they pretend that it is a a law since it has been published and we did not protested. So called tacit agreement. However strictly it is not a law because the rules and terms must be clearly known to both sides and contemplated and have benefits from agreeing etc.

The contract or an agreement that you have to force one, is not a lawful agreement/contract.

On the other hand, it is our duty, once we know about it, to oppose and actually take action against.

Some people in Commonwealth Countries reintroduce the Common Law Courts (CLC) where there everybody is responsible for own actions (no immunity) and no lawyers allowed in process.

The rationale behind it is simple. We must do what ir right and not to rely on corrupt court system.

So, if we can access the Common Law or a Natural Law, and the process is free, we could use a regular courts. Since it is problem with it, we create CLC and try the criminals there.

The people thought through it. We can approach the chief criminals in government and tell them that they are the serious criminals and tomorrow they will be tried and hanged. But because they are powerful criminals, they can do it to you today. But we can approach some of the administration officers like police officers, judges and prosecutors and local chiefs, to offer them conditional releaase from prosecution if they swear publicly that they from now on protect our laws and our interests. Under those conditions they can retain their positions.

This process will contitue until we take over the whole country.

Medical professioin was also hijacked a long time ago, so today they are part of regime controlled by the chief mafia. A simple measure should sort it out. Just ban the medical monopoly. Everything will normalize.

Judaism is not really a religion but a political ideology.

None of us has a contract with police to lock us, to beat us, to control us.... therefore they are not only unlawful but criminal. We have to give them an ultimatum to protect us and our law or face the prosecution.

Media must be also in our control, as well as money.

The most important, we have to establish forever, we are the source of law and they are our guardians paid to protect our laws and our interests.

All immunity removed immediately. From now on they are personally responsible for all they do.

Democracy is another tool of deception. As a political genius have discovered that the imposed democracy we have in the world is a marksist variety, where nobody is responsible for anything.

In summary. No democracy but responsibility. NO legislations as replacement for law. NO immunity but responsibility. We decide and they execute as we demand. We and only we personally are responsible for own health and life.

Science today is so much politicized that who sponsor the research, one expect the given results. In other words the classical science has lost it's aim of fact finding. It is more of religion than actual science.

Lets regain control over our lives and punish the criminals. Unless we let them enslave us to protect from ourselves. But this is very costly method and we cannot afford it, so we have to be enslaved. We are familiar with such a rethoric, aren't we?

Except the slavery is not only unlawful, but it is also against the Nature.

Here we have another practical definition of the law.

Law gives life, protects it and enable it's optimal development and happiness.

Lawlessness kills life, deprive of proper development and make it impossible to survive.

We have a choice to fight or remain conquered. A fight for life is part of life. If you think you are free, you are a victim of a mosquitto unless you kill one. It is obvious but these days we had to declare clearly in the set of natural laws that it is our law and duty to defend ourselves no matter who attacks us.

The truth and our laws will win, because it is the best interest of Nature, to protect it's Creation, - our lives.
